Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly renovated 43 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and warmly welcomes your dog.

The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The living area features a high-quality sleeper sofa that provides two additional sleeping spots. Both rooms can be completely darkened to ensure restful nights. For families, we provide a crib and a high chair free of charge upon request. The bathroom features a modern shower.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette with an adjacent dining area, perfect for sharing meals together. The large balcony with comfortable furniture is the ideal spot to enjoy the fresh sea air and relaxing moments outdoors.

For added comfort, a spacious guest garden awaits you, complete with a barbecue area and plenty of seating and lounging options. A private parking space right next to the house ensures a stress-free arrival. Bicycles can be securely parked behind the house. In addition, a sauna is available for use upon request and for a fee.

Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town center is just a few steps away!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, like-new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
