The main floor sets the rhythm of the stay. An open kitchen, dining, and living area flow together naturally — fireplace anchoring one end, fully stocked kitchen ready for a proper Friday night dinner on the other. Step outside to the screened porch with dining space for the whole group, or settle onto the front deck with a drink and watch Carlton Landing come to life around you. The primary king suite is on the main floor with its own private en suite bath, so whoever needs the most comfortable setup doesn't have to climb a single stair.

Upstairs, the home opens into three more bedrooms, each with its own personality. The secondary primary is a queen suite with dual vanities — the kind of room a second couple quietly hopes they get. The guest bedroom is another king with its own private bath. And tucked between them, the dedicated bunk room sleeps up to 4 comfortably — designed for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own space without sacrificing comfort. Starter toiletries are provided in every bathroom — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get you settled. We recommend bringing your own full supply for longer stays, especially after a full day on the lake when everyone wants a long shower at the same time.
