Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and two covered parking spaces in the carport located under the deck. Additionally, guests can enjoy shared community amenities including the outdoor pool and the clubhouse during standard operating hours. The grill is not available to guests due to Lake Tahoe fire compliance.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the scenic Carnelian Bay area, this home is part of the community, known for its lush forest setting and proximity to the water. In the summer, the neighborhood is a hub for lake activities, including boating, paddleboarding, and hiking along the many nearby trails.

During the winter months, you are perfectly positioned between some of Tahoe’s premier ski destinations. Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows are all within a short drive, offering world-class terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Local dining and shopping in Tahoe City are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to fully explore the North Lake Tahoe region and access nearby ski resorts. The property features two dedicated parking spaces in a carport. While the immediate area offers beautiful walking paths and lake access, public transit is limited, making a vehicle the most convenient option for groceries and sightseeing.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
