"De Beers Huus" is a modern half-timbered vacation home with high-quality, family-friendly amenities. You’ll want for nothing here! You’ll find this newly built house (2020) in Cuxhaven-Holte Spangen, Cuxhaven’s equestrian village by the sea, surrounded by heathland, forests, and many hiking trails.



Information on additional costs and fees:

Rental rates are based on 4 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.

A security deposit of 150 euros is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

One pet can be accommodated for an additional fee (under 10 kg).



It’s the perfect place for your vacation, whether as a couple, with your family, or with a couple of friends. Spread over two floors, it offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people. Your small, four-legged friend (under 10 kg) is also very welcome. The Wallbox electric charging station is a special highlight!



This beautiful and peacefully located vacation home is the ideal starting point for a fun North Sea vacation, with or without a horse. The comfortably furnished, non-smoking vacation home has a living area of 80 m² and is situated on a 400 m² lot right in the equestrian village of Holte-Spangen. We can easily arrange a stable for your horse; please contact the agency for details.



On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining room, internet access, an LCD TV, a DVD player, a stereo CD system, and an open-concept kitchen (fully equipped with everything from an apple peeler to a citrus juicer). In the modern, open kitchen with dining area, you’ll find built-in appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, and Senseo pod machine are, of course, provided.



In addition, this family-friendly vacation home features a travel crib and a child safety seat. You’ll also find a guest restroom, a spacious coat closet, and a fully equipped utility room with a washer and dryer.



The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms open onto the balcony. Across from the bedrooms is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first floor and upper floor are fully tiled; underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.



Watch the horses graze from the balcony of your vacation home. Behind the house are riding stables and paddocks.



A large collection of games, books, DVDs, and CDs rounds out the amenities. Wi-Fi access is free of charge.



In the garden shed, you’ll find charging outlets for electric cars and e-bikes. The lawns surrounding the detached vacation home are perfect for sunbathing, playing, and running around. The garden is fenced, and garden furniture and a beach chair are provided. There is a parking spot for your car right in front of the vacation home, and a second parking spot is available in the immediate vicinity.



From May through September, the vacation rental has its own beach chair on the beach.
