Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to 4 guests, the accommodation consists of two interconnected studios rented together as one entire rental unit. Each studio has its own bed, private bathroom, kitchen, and living space, connected internally by a door that allows you to move easily between them. It is an ideal layout for friends, couples traveling together, or a small family - close enough to gather, yet separate enough for personal space. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, a safe, and extra pillows and blankets add comfort throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

Both studios feature a full kitchen, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals whenever it suits you. Whether you are starting the morning with coffee before heading out or winding down after a full day in the city, having two separate kitchen spaces makes group stays especially convenient. An outdoor dining area with outdoor furniture offers another place to sit and share a meal in the open air.



Comfort & essentials

Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Bathroom essentials and bedroom and laundry essentials are provided, so you can travel light and settle in easily. Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.

Guadalajara is a city that's constantly growing, so you might hear some construction noise nearby during the day. We appreciate your understanding and are here for anything you may need.



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.
