You’ll be staying in a modern and spacious 2-room apartment for up to 2 people, with approximately 75 m² of living space on the 3rd floor.
One bedroom with a double bed, a large, bright living room with a comfortable couch, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a shower/toilet, and an additional separate toilet, a large furnished balcony, and satellite TV (flat-screen).



The Hohe Lith residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
