Accessible from the living room, the sunny balcony offers a fantastic view of the Alpspitz.

The apartment is in a quiet location, very centrally situated—you can explore the beautiful little town on foot.

Shopping, ski/mountain lifts, a swimming pool, mini-golf, a tennis court, and the train station are all in the immediate vicinity.

There is a parking space in front of the house.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, sleeping up to 4 people. It features 1 large bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and an open kitchen with a dining area; all rooms are accessible via the hallway.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are standard amenities.
Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment to all vacationers, hikers, cyclists, skiers, as well as strollers, families, retirees, and everyone else.
Many lakes invite you to go swimming, and skiers have a vast selection of ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. Cyclists enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views, and mountaineers scale the numerous mountains, relaxing at the wonderful mountain huts.
There’s also a wide range of recreational and entertainment options for families.
With every visit, the diverse natural landscape reveals a different side and is always waiting to be rediscovered!
