This comfortable vacation rental is ideal for families and is located on the first floor of the Dünenperle beach resort. With 68.2 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The combined living/dining room with an open kitchen features high-quality furnishings that create a pleasant atmosphere. The living area features a cozy couch that can be converted in just a few simple steps into an additional sleeping space (e.g., as an alternative for snorers or for a 5th or 6th person), as well as a large flat-screen TV. The built-in dining table offers enough space for up to 6 people.

The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your needs during your stay. In addition to a refrigerator, a 4-burner stovetop, and an oven, you’ll also have access to a dishwasher and other useful amenities.

The two cozy bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, full-length mattress) and a wardrobe with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and walk-in shower. From the bathroom, you can access your own private sauna, which is, of course, available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. The sauna will be installed by fall 2021 at the latest, and its use is guaranteed starting November 1.

From the living area, you can access the west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy plenty of sunshine in the afternoons and evenings. Comfortable beach chairs are also available for your relaxation.

An additional storage room, equipped with a vacuum cleaner and other useful items, allows you to remove any beach sand you might have brought in during your stay.

From the living area, you can step out onto the sunny west-facing terrace, where you can relax and sunbathe or simply wind down in comfort in the evening after a long day at the beach. For your relaxation, there is a beautiful beach chair, patio furniture, and additional comfortable beach loungers available.

You can safely park your car in the complex’s underground garage (max. height 2.00 m).
