The indoor space is comfortable, with bedrooms and living room equipped with air conditioning, cozy beds, and impeccable linens. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped.

This penthouse has two bedrooms. There is a suite with a queen bed plus a private workspace, and a second bedroom also with a queen bed. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people.

The condominium is family-friendly, very safe, and has many amenities: heated swimming pools for adults and children; a game room with billiards, foosball, and ping pong; a playroom and playground for kids; as well as a fully equipped gym. One parking space is available.
