Beautiful, bright, modernly furnished vacation apartment (approx. 40 m²) for up to 3 people on the 1st floor.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a radio, and a CD and DVD player.
The living area also includes a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen featuring, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop.
The bedroom has a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a balcony with a table and chairs, and free Wi-Fi access.
An outdoor parking space directly in front of the residence is included.
The sandy beach is only about 80 m away.



The Düne III residence features 12 comfortably furnished vacation apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. Our vacation apartments, which accommodate up to 4 people, are ideal for family vacations. You can relax in the on-site communal sauna (for a fee) when the weather isn’t ideal for a day at the beach. There is also a laundry room in the building’s basement equipped with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A parking lot and a bike rack are located directly in front of the building. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is located directly across the street. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the pier, as well as the town center with its cafés, ice cream shops, and the picturesque spa gardens, are also just a stone’s throw away.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
