This newly constructed, single story home features 4 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 beautifully appointed full bathrooms. The home has soaring 14 foot ceilings an open layout creating a bright, airy atmosphere that makes it perfect for family/friends vacations, get-togethers or snow bird escapes. Relax by the bug screen canopy protected heated pool. Floats, pool bball goal, lounge chairs and two umbrellas are there for you. Shower off after a swim using the outdoor shower.

The location of this oasis is ideal as it is close to shopping, restaurants, major attractions and is near one of Cape Coral's main thoroughfares, Veterans Parkway, which provides easy access to other areas on Cape Coral as well as Ft. Myers etc. Plus it is only 1.9 miles from Palmetto Pines Country Club, a very nice public and private golf club. Our minimum age to be eligible to rent is 30 or older unless an exception has been granted.

The home has a large fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoor or using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. Begin every morning with custom coffee preparation using the beautiful coffee bar that has a drip maker or try the pod maker or the espresso pod maker. We believe that great coffee is needed for a great day. Wine down your evenings in the very comfortable living area by watching your favorite show on a 65" HD smart TV mounted over the fireplace. Enjoy fast free WIFI throughout the house and around the pool area.

The primary suite is large and features a 50" smart HD tv. Where the magic begins is the master bathroom. A large soaking tub is present and behind it is a double door walk in shower with high pressure shower heads on each side. Im willing to bet you have never seen a shower this large. The three other bedrooms have two king beds and one queen.

We have created an Oasis outside so if you wanted to spend more time at the house you will be rewarded. Enjoy your own private resort by sitting pool side under the large lanai on the teak patio furniture or at the six person eating table just off the outdoor kitchen that features a large gas grill, mini fridge and sink. Grill up steaks for all your guests as this grill is huge. Or relax on the pool lounge chairs under the umbrellas or shoot some hoops in the pool. The entire area is covered by a bug screen canopy. Pool floats also are provided.

Nature / animal lovers will especially appreciate the unique opportunity to observe the endangered burrowing owls just across the street. It is truly an unforgettable and rare opportunity. They are so cute and not really all that frightened of us. See picture.

For the nature / animal lover there are endangered burrowing Owls across the street. So cute to watch. Plus they are not very afraid of humans, so walk up as close as you can before they dive in their hole in the ground. We will consider on dog per stay as long as it weighs less than 20 lbs and we must pre approve it before booking. A pet fee has to be paid.
