This newly renovated | New to VRBO | 3-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8–9 and is perfect whether you’re here for the beach, ball tournaments, OWA, or a relaxing getaway.

We’re based out of Nashville and love songwriting. Guests can request a custom-written song about their family, trip, or team.
It’s a one-of-a-kind keepsake you’ll never forget.

Our goal is simple:
We don’t just want to host your stay — we want to help you make memories.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including:
• All bedrooms and living spaces
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Private patio
• Community pool

There is free on-site parking available, with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

You’ll also have access to:
• Walking-distance Tanger Outlets shopping and dining
• Nearby grocery stores (super convenient for longer stays)
• Quick access to OWA, sports fields, and main roads to the beach

There are 2 “owner’s closets” that will be unavailable to guests during their stay. However the other closets are large wall in closets and can be used to provide ample storage with plenty of dressers in addition.

Everything is easy, simple, and designed for an stress-free stay.

We want you to feel completely taken care of — without feeling bothered.

We are available anytime if you need anything during your stay, whether it’s:
• Recommendations for food or activities
• Help with the condo
• Questions about the area

You’ll be able to check in easily and enjoy your stay, but we’re always just a message away.

If you decide to request a custom song, we’ll follow up after your stay to create something special just for you.

• This is a family-friendly condo community, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours (10pm).
• No smoking inside the unit or on the patio (smoke free space).
• No pets allowed. We have to be conscious of severe allergies of our future guests and our HOA only allows owner's pets onsight.
• The condo is ground level, making it easy to bring in luggage, groceries, and gear.

Helpful Notes:
• You’re in Foley, which means:
• Less traffic and more convenience than staying directly on the beach
• Everything you need within minutes
• Easy access to both Foley attractions and Gulf Shores beaches

This property was the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. My family and I will use this host every time we stay in the area. It’s very spacious. It was a beautiful home away from home. I would recommend 100/10!

The Park Avenue neighborhood in Foley is a great choice because it gives guests the perfect balance of peaceful coastal living and easy access to everything the area has to offer.

It’s a quiet, established residential area where you can slow down, relax, and actually enjoy your time away from the crowds. You’re not dealing with heavy traffic or tourist noise, which makes it ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking for a more laid-back beach experience.

At the same time, the location is incredibly convenient. You’re just a short drive from Gulf Shores beaches, West Beach, shopping outlets, local restaurants, and family attractions, so you’re never far from what you need or want to do. It’s one of those spots where you can spend the day at the beach, grab dinner locally, and still come home to a quiet, comfortable neighborhood.

It’s also a great “home base” location — easy to get in and out of, simple parking, and a safe, walkable feel. Guests often appreciate that they can enjoy the busy beach areas when they want, but retreat somewhere calm at the end of the day.

In short, Park Avenue gives you the best of both worlds: close to the fun, but away from the chaos.

We’ve designed it for real families and real stays, not just a place to sleep. We have both Arcade and Board games for family fun. The layout and setup make it easy for guests to settle in quickly, spread out, and actually relax without feeling cramped or “hotel-like.”

The home also has a fully stocked, intentional setup — from a kitchen equipped for meals and coffee in the morning, to laundry amenities that make longer stays simple, to outdoor space that actually feels usable and inviting. Guests don’t have to wonder if something is there… it’s already thought through.

Another standout is the outdoor experience. The pool area is set up like a private hangout spot with plenty of seating, shaded areas, and a bathroom nearby — so guests can stay outside comfortably for hours without having to run back in and out of the house.
