Sunset Strolls: 2BR/1BA, 5 min to beach, dog-friendly, MP7 Kill Devil Hills

This 2-bedroom, dog-friendly home is just 5 minutes from the beach and 2 blocks from the Albemarle Sound. Centrally located at MP 7 in Kill Devil Hills, shopping, restaurants, movies and more are located nearby.

Traveling with your pups? They will love the large, fully fenced backyard. A dog crate is available upon request, and we provide dog bowls, toys and treats to make your pup's vacation one to remember.

No need to pack all that beach gear! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, sun shade, boogie boards, beach towels and even a set of cornhole boards. Want to take a scenic ride along the beautiful Albemarle Sound? Grab one of the 4 bikes we provide and take the short two-block ride to the KDH Multiuse Path.

Coming from the beach? Enjoy a long, hot shower in the outdoor shower tucked away just off the carport.

The interior of the house has a beachy vibe designed for maximum comfort!

The open, airy floor plan features a large living room with a 75" HD ROKU television. The large confy sectional sofa has room for the whole family.

Staying in for a meal? The gourmet kitchen, featuring large granite countertops, a tile backsplash and a center island, is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, cutlery and basic oils and spices. A Keurig Elite coffee maker helps you get the day started. All appliances are stainless steel, including a bottom-freezer refrigerator, double ovens, a dishwasher, an air fryer and a microwave. The dining room seats four adults comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

At the end of the day, select either a bedroom featuring a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress or the "Twin Room," which is furnished with a pair of Twin Extra Long memory foam beds. If you want a different vibe, the sleeper sofa in the living room is a double bed. All towels and linens are provided.

Everything about the bathroom is brand new! Spacious tub/shower with a rainfall showerhead, a granite-top vanity, and a shiplap accent wall.

On the ground floor, you will find a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. Some laundry pods and other supplies are provided for your use.

Our guests' favorite place is the comfy outdoor seating area under the house. A conversation sofa, porch swing, hanging chair and hammock are thoughtfully laid out for maximum comfort. The gas grill is nearby, and the outdoor dining area completes the space. Enjoying a relaxing afternoon outside? Just inside the ground-floor laundry room is a mini-fridge to keep your beverage of choice chilled and close by!
