The apartment was finished and ready to move in at the end of 2021. It is built and equipped with high-end materials and furniture. In the living room there is a very comfortable queensize bedsofa for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has a kingsize leather bed with anti-allergic pillows and an extremely comfortable matress. There is also a small working space and the sockets at the bedsides have integrated USB ports. The spacious bathroom is modern and stylish and invites you to relax in a big walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, state of the art appliances. There is also a washing machine and dryer combination tower in a small seperate room.
Beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler can be used to spend a beautiful day at the beach. At the end of a sunny day, enjoy a glass of cool wine on the comfortable balcony overlooking the coast and the saline, or work out in the fitness club or on the tennis court. There is an 18 hole golf course right across the street.
In the evening, the club restaurant offers fresh local food. Vivid Palm Beach with its restaurants, bars and shops is only 10 minutes away. At two of the three pools, BBQ areas are available after signing in at the clubhouse. Supermarkets and shops are close by. Beautiful Arashi Beach, a great place for snorkeling, is only 5 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to reach worldfamous Eagle Beach.
