The welcoming chalet 'Atmosfera Res Albert' is located in San Giacomo Filippo, surrounded by nature, peaceful woods, and breathtaking alpine scenery. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests.

The private outdoor area offers a garden and a barbecue.
Just a few meters from the chalet is the Calidarium: a serpentine stone hot tub from Valmalenco, set in a renovated old barn. The Calidarium is available only on request and for an extra fee.
The chalet can also be reached by car; the last 3 kilometers are on a winding, unlit mountain road, paved but intended for agricultural and forestry use, which involves risks and requires caution, as it is not suitable for regular traffic.
This road is private, so if you drive, you must obtain a permit, available for an extra fee.
There is a parking space at the roadside; from there, a short 5-7 minute walk along a mountain path leads to the property. We recommend bringing simple, sturdy luggage that can be carried by hand (no trolleys). There is no shuttle service.
The town of Chiavenna, awarded the Touring Club Italia’s Orange Flag, is 8 km away (20 minutes by car). The nearest supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shops are in Chiavenna.
