2-room apartment for max. 4 persons with balcony. - Only 300 meters to the beach!

This 2-room duplex vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), where you’ll also find the bedroom and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bedroom, which features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), opens onto the west-facing balcony with a view of the dunes. A comfortable staircase leads up to the attic, where you’ll find a cozy open-concept kitchen and dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four people to stay in the apartment—either together or separately. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage; please note that this is a duplex double garage and not every car will fit (max. height 150 cm).

A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior registration and for a fee (€10 per pet/day).

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
