Had we been notified of any cleanliness or odor issue, we would have immediately sent someone to address it. To clarify, our standard check-in is 4 PM. Early check-in is completely optional and offered, when available, at $25/hour because it can require additional staffing. This was requested and agreed to in advance, and we actually provided access even earlier than the time purchased at no additional charge. This is an older, renovated home, with a steep set of stairs. If you would like a unit without stairs, feel free to book one of our lower units. Our properties are inspected annually. We are not aware of any health or safety issues. The home has window AC units, as disclosed in the listing. The furniture is exactly what is shown in our photos, which are simply taken with an iPhone—we make every effort to accurately represent our properties. The home is non-smoking and pet-free and had just been cleaned prior to arrival. We use lightly scented cleaning products rather than harsh chemicals. At the time of booking, this entire 2-bedroom home was priced below the average nightly rate of a 1-bedroom hotel room in the area.
