It has everything you need for daily life. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. You can walk to the main train station in less than 10 minutes. There’s a tram stop right outside the door.<br><br>The 50 m² apartment is furnished with one-of-a-kind pieces by local artists and stylish furniture. You’ll find a range of extras here that go beyond the standards of typical Airbnb apartments.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and cutlery, has everything you need for cooking. <br><br>Since we’ve furnished it as if we were living here ourselves, you’ll find real plants, books, and a love for detail. This makes the apartment much cozier than most Airbnb listings. <br><br>The spacious living/sleeping area is furnished in a cozy bohemian style. There’s a comfortable bed for two people. On the smart TV, you’ll find TVNOW—where you can watch all the movies and series currently airing on TV, even after they’ve aired—as well as our own Netflix account, so you can relax in a lovely atmosphere.<br><br>The bathroom has a bright design and features a bathtub with a shower. Here you’ll find everything you need: a high-quality hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo. The apartment is located on the first floor (mezzanine) and can be accessed via the stairs.<br><br>Guest access: The entrance to the apartment is on the courtyard side. You’ll have the apartment all to yourself. Check-in and check-out are flexible, as access is via a completely contactless system. We’ll leave the keys in a locker. A personal key handoff is also possible. The gym is well-equipped with a weight training area, treadmills, stationary bikes, and a sauna.<br><br><br>INTERNET USE<br><br>1. ImmoMents GmbH provides the guest with Internet access within the scope of existing technical and operational capabilities. Disruptions, such as those due to force majeure, maintenance work, or similar circumstances, cannot be ruled out.<br><br>2. The guest may not misuse the Internet connection. Misuse is deemed to have occurred in the following cases in particular: Downloading and distributing copyrighted content via peer-to-peer sharing platforms, illegal streaming services, as well as uploading, accessing, or transmitting content that is subject to criminal law (in particular Sections 130, 130a, 131, and 184 of the German Criminal Code (StGB)). The guest is obligated to respect the copyrights, patents, rights to a name, trademark rights, and personal rights of third parties when using the service. The guest shall, upon first request, indemnify ImmoMents GmbH against all claims and demands for damages by third parties, as well as against legal defense costs in a reasonable amount, arising from the unlawful use of the provided Internet connection by the guest or by third parties with the guest’s knowledge. This indemnification obligation covers, in particular, claims arising from the infringement of copyrights, patents, rights to a name, trademark rights, and personality rights, as well as violations of data protection laws.<br><br>3. The guest is prohibited from disclosing the access data for the Internet connection to third parties. In the event of a violation, the guest shall be liable to ImmoMents GmbH for all damages resulting from the disclosure of the access data.<br><br>4. Furthermore, ImmoMents GmbH reserves the right to block the guest’s Internet connection in the event of legal violations.
