We enjoyed our stay and the view was incredible! Condo offered plenty of room and the updated kitchen was nice! Complex was quiet and we enjoyed having access to the pool and private boardwalk to the beach. Andrew and Melody were very responsive although we had no issues while we were there.

The furniture and mattresses were very uncomfortable, the towels and linens had a foul smell, the unit had a musty smell, the pics look better than actual but the balcony was very nice & beach access was convenient.

We will inspect and replace mattresses and any uncomfortable furniture as needed, replace the towels and bedding, and perform a deep clean and HVAC/ventilation check to address the smell. We’ll also review the listing photos to ensure they accurately reflect the space. Glad to hear you enjoyed the balcony and convenient beach access. We fell in love with this beach getaway. The location is perfect. We visited national parks, Fort Clinch, Jacksonville, and Cumberland Island all within our stay. The condo is ocean front with a large balcony to enjoy coffee and sunrises or even full meals. The rooms were very spacious. The hosts provide thoughtful touches such as mini fans, a high chair, and make up towels. The kitchen was completely functional and easy to prep food in. Even for the teenagers. There is a TON of storage! Pool access is very private with plenty of chairs. Beach access is convenient, but does have stairs. Hint* If you are bringing a wagon down to the beach, you can easily walk to the adjacent public access ramp which is literally on the outside of the parking lot. It was a beautiful condo and we will definitely stay here again!

A great property on the beach with and assigned parking spot! Communication between the management company and myself could have been better as they changed the code to the door during my process of driving to the condo on my day of arrival. I didn't receive the message, and tried using the one that was initially given to me to get in. When that didn't work we had to go back to the VRBO customer assistance line and try to get the correct door code as we sat and waited for over an hour and a half. In all fairness, the management company sent an email but as I stated I was driving and not reading nor texting messages. The message header said it was sent from two individuals names and not the management company, so thus it went to a spam folder which made it even worse. The names used didn't match the management company nor any other information I have been given. Then, there's no information on to work the actual door lock as is different from any other condo we've stayed in. Information provided on the VRBO listing for checkout procedure is totally different than what's posted inside the unit on the refrigerator which makes it confusing as you're checking out. All in all, the condo unit is great, the location is excellent, and will return to the area in the future.

Code changes are made for security, but you should have received a clear, recognizable message — and the confusing sender name and missing instructions made that worse. We’ve updated our messaging so access codes come from our management name and are formatted to avoid spam, and we’ve added clearer lock-operation steps to the booking messages. We also reviewed and corrected the checkout instructions so the listing and the printed guide in the unit now match. This condo has a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony! However, all of the mattresses in the unit need replacing- none sleep well. The owner was quick to respond to email/text and was a great help during the week! If mattresses are replaced, I would quickly stay here again! Perfect location for a family beach trip!
