Ferienwohnung/app. für 4 Gäste mit 58m² in Elmenhorst-lichtenhagen

We are a family with two children and two dogs; we both work in the healthcare field and enjoy renting out our vacation rental to nice guests :o). The vacation rental is located on the first floor of our house, has its own terrace (for barbecuing, etc.), and the garden covers over 1,600 square meters and overlooks a field. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and one child (in a rollaway bed) or 2 adults with 2 children (2 travel cribs available). Bedding and towels are included, and Wi-Fi is available.

Elmenhorst-Lichtenhagen is located in the northwest of Rostock, between the seaside resort of Warnemünde and Bad Doberan, 2 km from the beach (a 5-minute bike ride). In the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental, you’ll find grocery stores, hair salons, a large beverage store, bakeries, doctors’ offices, a bike shop, and auto repair shops. The nearest bus stop is just 300 meters away, and the Warnemünde golf course is 400 meters away.
Warnemünde, with its wide sandy beach and many cultural events (e.g., Hansesail on the second weekend in August), is located 3 km to the northeast and can be easily reached by bike in 15 minutes. From Warnemünde, you can easily take the S-Bahn (which allows bikes on board) to downtown Rostock in 15 minutes.
There’s no shortage of recreational activities either. You can take long bike rides along the Baltic Sea to Heiligendamm, the “white city by the sea,” or in the other direction to Warnemünde and then, for example, take the ferry on to Hohe Düne. You can take a harbor tour on a passenger boat from Warnemünde or head out onto the Baltic Sea on a fishing boat. The cliffs near Elmenhorst and Nienhagen are also a popular spot for sea trout and surf anglers.
So there are almost endless possibilities for spending a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation and really “unwinding.”
