The fine villa is at the bottom of the site and at the eastern end which means it is has greater privacy, a larger rear garden and an unimpeded view of the valley, hills and sunsets. The vehicle parking is secure and next to the villa to the front, though care is required on the narrow approach lane and turning. The development is at the end of a rising road to the holiday town, with a very good popular bakers (s'Aval) within walking distance. The swimming pool is small though a welcome cool off during the day (the evening pool lights would be better if they came on earlier).Two of the fine intimate bays with sandy beaches are within walking distance, with two more expensive Spar shops close by and bigger cheaper supermarkets (inc. fresh fish on certain days with a great butchers, Hyper Centro) in Porto Cristo and Manacor (Aldi, Lidl and Agromart). The Coves del Drac caves are well worth a visit and so to is the Els Calderers estate between on the drive to Palma.More garden planting and some trees would have offered more shade and coolness, with the first floor enclosed balcony stuffy during the evening, though by sunset it is a pleasant belvedere. Overall it is a lovely villa and base to explore the eastern part of Mallorca and one highly recommended.
