When arriving at the property you will have one space in our dedicated lot and will have 1 parking pass waiting on you upstairs for your vehicle. You will appreciate the ease of check in with our smart lock, so no keys to keep up with for your trip with us, which leaves more room to carry your favorite cocktail or beach chair!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The Queen bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is the perfect spot to get away for some much-needed R&R
with your fur baby.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various
streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly
