Both homes sit right on the water, each offering unobstructed lake views and easy access to everything lake life has to offer. Step outside and you’ll find three private docks, a sandy waterfront, and plenty of room to swim, boat, fish, or simply relax by the shore.

The outdoor space is designed for gathering and unwinding. A large lakeside patio is perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners, complete with comfortable patio furniture and sweeping views of the water. There’s also a side yard for games and activities, plus a fire pit where you can wind down under the stars.

- One bedroom with a queen bed (window a/c unit)
- One bedroom with twin beds (window a/c unit)
- A loft with two full beds
- 1 full bathroom

HOUSE #2 - Offers it's a bright, open-concept layout with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area ideal for entertaining. It includes:

- One bedroom with a queen bed (window a/c unit)
- One bedroom with two twin beds (no a/c)
- Large rec/game room
- 1 Full Bathroom

General House Rules
• No smoking inside the house
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Dog(s) allowed with prior approval ($150 fee)
