Retire to the Master suite with the private bathroom, 55` smart TV and King size bed for a great night`s sleep.

Beds -Master has a King Bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Futon Bed and a twin bed. The Great Room has a Queen Sofa Bed.

● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the areas outside of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Pets are not allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors except the door going from the Laundry room to garage. Leave this unlocked.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
