Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the dining area, ready for shared meals. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. When it's time to unwind, head to the private movie theater for a cinematic experience. The house features three bedrooms, each designed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms provide additional sleeping arrangements. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the patio or balcony, or fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout. The backyard provides extra space to enjoy. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer available. With air conditioning and heating, you'll be comfortable year-round.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, the private movie theater, the fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining areas, and the backyard with a BBQ grill and fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, and relax on the patio or balcony. The garage is also available for parking.

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Mesilla Sunspilled. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and for an additional fee; please inquire in advance. Parking is available in the garage. This is a non-smoking property; smoking inside will incur a $250 fee. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted, and any unapproved gathering will result in a $250 fee.
