There's no shortage of screen time at Emerald Bay. The living room anchors the unit with a 65-inch Sony Google TV and Spectrum cable - ideal for movie nights or catching the game. The master bedroom features a 60-inch Fire TV, and Bedroom 2 has its own 55-inch Sony Google TV. Every room gives guests their own viewing experience.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals during your stay. You'll find a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a complete set of cookware, bakeware, mixing bowls, a knife block, and all the utensils you need. A coffee maker and toaster round out the morning routine. Plates, glasses, and mugs are stocked for up to 4 guests.



Technology



Three smart TVs throughout the unit - living room (65"), master bedroom (60"), Bedroom 2 (55"). The living room TV includes Spectrum cable and Google TV streaming. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the unit via Spectrum.

While this unit does not include a private deck or grill, you'll enjoy the lake and water views from the property, and two community pools are just a short walk away.



Community Amenities



Emerald Bay features two community pools - one at the first level and one at the second level of the complex. Both are operational and open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No glass is permitted in the pool area, and pools are closed at night. This is a wonderful bonus for families and anyone looking to soak up the Missouri summer sun.



Indoor Fireplace



The electric fireplace in the living room adds warmth and ambiance on cooler evenings. The remote is kept in the living room - just click on, pour a glass of wine, and settle in.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is available via a E Lock. A Backup lockbox is located to the left of the front door, next to the pillar. You'll have everything you need before arrival. The host is available for questions during your stay but allows you to enjoy your vacation with full privacy. Parking for 2 vehicles on a paved (though steep) driveway is included. Please note that GPS may not reliably navigate to this unit - detailed arrival directions will be provided before your stay. The condo is located past the first row of buildings, with Building 26 on the left. Access is via stairs to the left or right of the building.

Other Things to Note:

- No pets permitted at any time, additional fines will occur

- No grills allowed at all, charcoal or gas, additional fines will occur

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

- Parking passes are required at all times

- Not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations - two staircases of 4-6 steps each are required to enter the unit

- The driveway is steep - drive slowly and with care

- Community pools are seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor Day), closed at night, and no glass is allowed in pool areas

- HOA rules apply - please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours

- One locked owner's closet in the living room - this area is not accessible to guests

- GPS may not accurately direct you to the property - follow the arrival instructions provided by the host

- A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink
