The entire indoor and outdoor spaces of two full lots are available for guest use.

Golf Cart Rentals:

If you have not, we highly recommend renting a golf cart as it is the best way to get around and there are a number of places to rent from. The various rental places are very competitive so the prices tend to vary little. The longer you rent, the better the deal.

You are best served to get gas in San Pedro every third trip.

In case of emergency you can get gas at Road Kill (Just north of us) or Ed’s (where you get potable water). Both locations are not guaranteed to have gas and if they do it will be at a small premium.

Walking:

Secret Beach is an easy walk early and later in the day. Midday may be too warm.

Upon request, at no extra charge, John will meet you at the San Pedro Airport to guide you to our little piece of paradise. He would be happy to make any stops on your way to Secret Beach to get groceries or other miscellaneous items.

1. Please let us know right away if the temperature in your Casita is not to your liking. We will remotely adjust the setting to your preferences. Do NOT use the AC remotes. AC remotes are only there for emergency use, such as when internet is off-line and we cannot adjust your temperature remotely.

2. Please do NOT flush toilet paper of any kind down the toilet – even the biodegradable paper may cause a plug. Try using the bidet and then put your used toilet paper in the doggie poop bags and then the trash can. Having a plugged toilet is arguably less appealing than using doggie poop bags!

3. Please help conserve battery power by:
• Turning off the lights;
• Turning off the TV when you aren’t watching it;
• Helping your casita stay cool by keeping doors closed and closing the drapes to keep the sun from beaming in.

4. Do not drink the water from the taps. Use the SAFE DRINKING water provided in the 5-gallon jugs located in each casita. We collect non-potable rainwater for use in the showers and taps.
Please help conserve water by:
• Shower and get wet. Shut off the water, lather and soap, then turn on the water to rinse.
• Put water in a bowl to wash dishes, instead of letting the tap run constantly.

5. No Fires. There are dry roots underground that are highly susceptible to fires, so under no circumstances are fires permitted, including cigars, cigarettes, campfires, burning candles or mosquito coils.
