The bedrooms each feature a luxurious king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. Both bathrooms are full, providing convenience for all guests. The living room, a shared space, includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The dining room offers a dedicated area for meals. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation with all the necessary amenities. Step outside to the patio and backyard for outdoor enjoyment. Additional amenities include a laundry room. The shared courtyard is a highlight, offering a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and space for games, perfect for socializing and enjoying the fresh air. The exterior of the property provides additional space and access.



Guest Access:

Guests of Muniz Village Unit A will have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom house. This includes both bedrooms with king-size beds, the full bathrooms, the living room with a sofa bed, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room, and the patio and backyard. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the shared courtyard, which features a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and space for games. The exterior of the property is also accessible.
