With 137 m² of living space, the Fischerhus in Prerow offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a large room with a sitting area, dining table, and open-concept country-style kitchen. The floor is tiled with 100-year-old clinker bricks, just like in the exclusive homes in Kampen on Sylt. Wooden lattice windows with shutters have been installed. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. Separated from the main living area, the entryway features a half-bath with a shower and an utility room. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious and cozy bedrooms, an attractive and fully equipped bathroom, and an additional storage room. The attic features two more beds and a sitting area with a second TV. The well-furnished terrace, complete with a grill, umbrella, and lounge chairs, makes spending time outdoors a pleasure. The 630-square-meter property is not visible from the terrace side. Inside the house, there are two large TVs with a soundbar. For the children, there is a swing set with a slide. The property is fenced in, and along the street side, there is a Frisian wall covered with Sylt roses. Of course, Wi-Fi is available.
The new island harbor in Prerow is scheduled to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720-meter-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. Among other things, the new harbor will include a berth for a 28-meter-long sea rescue cruiser operated by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen, and 33 berths for recreational boats seeking shelter. The future harbor building will also feature a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbor.
