Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

From November to April, you will receive a discounted rate for golf. From May to October, golf is free, and you will only have to pay a golf cart fee while redeeming free rounds at the clubhouse.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Pool/Spa Construction Disclaimer:

Starting approximately June 22nd, 2026 the Greenlinks pool will be closed for construction and will approximately open August 31st, 2026. The pool has reopened but the spa is still closed until September 15th. Timeline may vary depending on weather and availability of materials.

Great stay!Loved this property! The location is perfect, and we loved our clean and spacious surroundings! We had a great view of the golf course as well, and enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture. Everything was provided for a fun and very relaxing stay!

Very comfortable seating and the view of the golf course we enjoyed. One recommendation would be to install a grab bar in each of the showers. We were all in our 70s and the floor felt slippery. Shower pressure was great.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The vacasa team was amazing and provided such ease before, during, and after our stay. The condo was wonderful. So nicely decorated, clean, great location, and many nice amenities to use… games, beach supplies…

This was a nice little place for our short stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Back door lock was broken and no door number on front door, but other than that, all good.

Extremely clean, well stocked

As listed! Beds and pillows comfortable; kitchen well stocked with dishes. Check out was easy. The only problem was code for door, I called and problem was fixed quickly! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect experience

Everything was as advertised or better. The door lock can be tricky so come with some patience for that. Otherwise no complaints.

Wonderful place for working mixed with college spring break

My daughter, one of her girlfriends, and I stayed at this wonderful condo for her college spring break. The location was amazing, making it easy to reach both Marco Island and Naples beaches. The condo itself is very well-maintained, clean, and provides everything you might need or want during your stay. The lanai was an incredible place to work from, even for video meetings. The WiFi was fantastic, and I had no issues using it anywhere in the condo. Although I didn't make it to the pool, my daughter and her friend did, and they said it was very nice. They even met some great folks from our area.The washer and dryer worked great, and the fridge with an ice maker was fantastic. We also appreciated having a very nice stove and microwave when we made dinner one evening. Additionally, it was a nice touch that beach towels were provided. If we had to find anything to critique, it would be the toilet paper, which was definitely of the budget variety. However, if you prefer the nicer, more expensive stuff, it's easy to pick some up from the many retail and grocery locations in the area. The only other thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor, so you'll need to bring your luggage up a few sets of stairs. It's not a deal breaker but something to be aware of, especially if you have heavy luggage.Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
