From your private parking space, you’ll enter directly into the lobby of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building. From there, an elevator will take you to the vacation apartment on the first floor. Newly renovated in 2021, the apartment features lovingly furnished interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. <br>A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With two bedrooms, the vacation apartment accommodates four people. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (160 x 200), and the other with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 each). All beds have under-bed storage, so you can stow your luggage during your vacation. Both bedrooms feature wall-mounted flat-screen TVs for your personal viewing pleasure. <br>A modern, naturally lit bathroom offers a comfortable walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with a high-quality, open kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator equipped with a freezer compartment. A beautiful dining area, a cozy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living and kitchen area. From the living area, you can step out onto a sunny south-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality balcony furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.<br><br>A washer and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement.
