The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from the living area. The bedroom has a double bed. Parking space in the underground garage/lift. Only cars measuring 5 m in length and 1.50 m in height can fit on the lift. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee. A lockable bike shed is available for your use. One pet allowed upon request.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee)

Technology: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

One pet is allowed in the apartment under supervision. The pet must not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bike storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground on the property.
