Come relax at Oceana II 605, a beautifully renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in peaceful midtown Ocean City (83rd Street). Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy sea breezes and gorgeous views of the ocean and the beach. This property, well-suited for a vacationing family, features high-end decor, an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, two flatscreen TVs, and free WiFi for your convenience. Head downstairs for a day of sun and surf, or go for a swim in Oceana's community outdoor pool. What's nearby: Conveniently located near dozens of popular shops and restaurants, Oceana is just a short walk from The Hobbit, Hooked, Fat Daddy's, Ropewalk, Fractured Prune, South Moon Under, and much more. Parking for one car is even provided (with additional on-street spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis). Things to know: Full kitchen Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Family Stay in OCMD

The condo was clean and inviting upon our arrival. The location is great and the short walk to the beach is perfect for our family with young children. We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful condo

This condo was nicely updated, perfect size for our family (4 adults, 3 kids) and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I would honestly stay at this same home again in Ocean City.

Beautiful home

Perfect location, beautiful clean home. More amenities than are even listed-contains beach chairs, beach cooler, wagon, blender, crockpot, griddle. Great week on the beach!

This condo is updated and decorated so beautifully! New mattresses, appliances that work and no clutter! I can't tell you what a relief it is to find a home that truly matches the pictures...can't wait to return!

We really enjoy and love it

The apartment was spacious and we love the ocean view from balcony. The only thing that we did not like when we enter the apartment it wasn't clean nicely

Great condo!

Property managed by vacasa at time of stay. Great ocean front condo. Was very well equipped. My kids (age 2 and 4) had a blast and there was good bedding options for them. There were even some plastic plates. My wife and I enjoyed the balcony and it's great view. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an ocean front 2 bedroom.

Has It All

Great ocean views. Unit was well-equipped. Beds and bedding were great. Plenty of real glass glasses. Appliances all worked. Was clean. We had a great time. Thanks for all the little extras.

Properat has amazing ocean front views, and would be perfect if things worked and a littlefollow up

Amazing views, great location, nice rooms. If only the rental company would have followed through. Keys were not left in the drop box (a major inconvenience after a 10 hour drive), the washer and dryer wasn't hooked up, and when the rental agent (Russell) came by, he promised to stay with the unit until it was fixed. We came back, no Russell, no calls, to laundry. This experience could have been so much better. Never did anyone even offer to try to make it right. Disappointing.

We apologize for the issues you experienced and are taking steps to ensure a smooth experience going forward. Russell did meet the contractor at the property to have the washer/dryer hook-up fixed, but they quickly realized that it would require the help of an electrician. It could not be done as quickly as we liked, but has since been corrected. Thank you for your patience in this matter, and we hope you will consider staying with Vantage again in the future. We will do everything possible to exceed your expectations.

Very pretty, couple things went wrong

When we arrived there were dirty diapers still in the trash can and sand piles all over the floor. Also the sliding door is very difficult to open and close. And mid way through someone came.in while we were out and left a note in out bathroom saying the shower was leaking into the unit below and someone from.the building management would call us in the morning but no one ever did so 8 of us had to use 1 shower for 2 days.

Excellent view and amenities, issue with dryer not handled properly

The condo has an amazing view and is very well equipped. More time should be taken to detail the great amenities provided to renters in the write up. I reached out to confirm items and was not provided accurate information- for example the coffee machine ( They do have a keurig) and if they have comforters on the bed. I am very disappointed about how the broken dryer was handled. Staying for a week with two children under the age of 5, a major must have item for us was a washer and dryer IN the unit. When we arrived the dryer was out of service. On our last day of our stay we were asked to allow a repairman in and we were told there would be a credit for the inconvenience of the dryer not working. We obliged and waited the two hour window for the repairman to arrive, he then spent an hour trying to fix the dryer to no avail. He left with the dryer still broken and a mess on the floor for us. We also conveniently have not seen any type of a small credit and messages have not been responded to. The worst part is the dryer was broken ahead of our stay and we should have been notified before our departure. This notice would have allowed us to plan accordingly and bring more clothing for our young children.
