Aquatic adventures and blissful days await at this 2BR condo in the Beach Club community! Situated directly on the canal. Walk to the soft sand and rolling waves in just a few minutes! Keep the fun in the sun going around the sparkling pool in your peaceful community.
Nestled between Assawoman Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, your rental offers a prime location for Ocean City adventures. The shopping center across the street from your condo is home to shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. A day of fun-filled adventures is just around the corner, with Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Ocean City Boardwalk located less than six miles from your condo.
Your single-level rental features coastal decor, comfy furnishings, and a well-appointed kitchen. The fenced backyard offers a private alfresco hideaway. A large sectional provides plenty of plush seating around the 31” TV in the living area. On quiet afternoons, relax with a new book in the armchair.
Prepare tasty meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. A starter supply of dish soap and paper towels are provided for your convenience. When it’s time to eat, share your culinary creations around the table for four in the dining area.
Retreat to your private backyard to enjoy the beautiful weather. Share alfresco meals in the shade at the table for four or soak up the sunshine in the Adirondack chairs.
The community pool is just steps from your door and offers a refreshing oasis overlooking the bay. Host a festive cookout in the shared picnic area.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved this rental, we'll be back!
We loved our stay here - it was clean, plenty of space, loved the pool, and in a great spot (you can walk to the beach, some shops, and the bus stop is feet away if you need). Also, the deck area gives you some privacy. We'll be back again next summer!

You cancelled the reservation out from under me. Of course I'm angry. I reserved the property on May 7, but used the wrong credit card. So I took advantage of the "cancel within 24 hours," and cancelled the reservation. Then I immediately created a new reservation, using the correct credit card. I received a confirmation notice from you. I received a notice from you that the cancellation of the first reservation was being processed, though I never received a firm notice of cancellation. However, I received absolutely nothing about any cancellation of the second reservation. I did receive notices about checking in - and now this notice asking me to review my stay. This entire process has been terrible; there wasn't enough communication, and the communication that did exist was unclear. The final ignominy is that I was not refunded my deposit. And then the ultimate moment - I didn't learn that I had no reservation until I asked the management company why I hadn't received an entry code. That was at 1:30, just before the 4:00 check in. I had company staying in the rental, and I had to scrounge up lodging for them; it cost me 2,000 to get that lodging. I feel I am owed both my deposit and compensation for the loss of the rental without notice.

This place was so cute, clean and close to a lot of things. I’d stay here again. Couldn’t get ahold of management at all. I didn’t like that

Great place, quiet and pretty!
Great comfortable apartment, spacious and clean. Pretty view of the water, private patio, nice pool, great amenities.
We were having issues with the front door lock, however the Vacasa support were very responsive in coming up with a quick solution.
As for location, the beach is conveniently across the street, about a 5-minute walk, however you need to drive to any stores or shops, it's about a half hour drive to the boardwalk.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in Ocean City!

Nice Place
Love the location and the home was will kept. One issue was the key pad to get in. It was not very responsive and was timing out before you get the code entered.

Beautiful Condo
We loved this condo. We enjoyed the private outdoor seating area and the swimming pool. My fat fingers had problems with the front door code. But my daughter with narrow fingers had no problem with it. My bed was comfy and the shower was hot with lots of pressure.We will try to rent this unit again!

We loved it
We were nicely surprised at the area of the house location. It is a short walk to the beach, and to the pool. My kids loved that it was right on the canal, as they looked for crabs and other wildlife in the water. We had great views of the ocean city lights, and the sunset on the bay. The neighbors were friendly, and gave us tips for accessing the beach. The pizza place is also in walking distance and very good. Other attractions (stores, restaurants, ice cream) are a short drive away. This was a perfect house for my family of 5-kitchen was equipped, beds were comfy, shower was hot! It was homey and we loved the little enclosed patio that allowed us to store our beach belongings. We would book again and bring family to book in another!

This is a great place to stay in Ocean City. The condo was clean and right out front is a canal that leads to the bay. We had a great time paddle boarding out our front door. The location of this condo is up from the congestion of the the boardwalk. It’s quite, clean and an overall great place to stay within walking distance to the beach. TurnKey(the rental company) was very easy to communicate with via text. It was fast and efficient.There was a mishap with a hairdryer not being supplied at the condo... I had to go out and buy one and they immediately sent me $$ to cover the cost of it. We were offered an early check in which was very nice. At check out they offered at late check out for an extra $40. We declined that for 2 extra hours. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.
