My family had a wonderful time! The location of the property to the beach and nearby restaurants and activities were in walking distance and could not have been better. The private family pool was super clean and out of sight to the general public. Access only granted to those on the premises thereby no more than 10 people were there at a time during our entire stay. Awesome! Host communication through out the stay was stellar! Looking forward to next year. Thank you!

Perfect location

We loved staying here. Perfect location. Walk to some great eats and some fun shopping. Easy to get to the beach and quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for the family.

Fantastic stay at this condo!

This unit is well equipped, everything you need to be as comfy as being home. Walkable to the beach, and all the local shops. Just bring your beach chairs and towels! Loved it, and will definitely be back!

We definitely left it cleaner than we found it. When we checked in there was candy and popcorn on and in the couches. The kitchen and counters had to be wiped down and cleaned multiple times a day to keep the ANTS at bay. The dryer requires multiple cycles to dry. There was only 4 body towels total for shower use. Still a nice place to stay for convenience but needs way more attention on the cleaning and up keep of the property for the price.

The place was great. The only problem we had was they gave us 2 rolls of TP for 3 bathrooms so bring a roll of your own. Other than that we loved the place

Great week at the beach

Beautiful spacious home for our family of 5. Walk or drive to the beach, great location. Lovely neighborhood. Kitchen amenities are limited for families cooking or dining in.

Clean, spacious, modern condo

The location is great, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from the boardwalk, and a short walk up the block to the beach. Stores within walking distance, very convenient. The condo was very clean and you receive a welcome packet of toiletries which was enough for our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay here again!

First visit to OC, MD

This place is an excellent location if you want to be in north OC. It's a quick walk to the beach and major grocery store is half the distance to the beach. There was a pool but unfortunately we had no key to get into the pool even after calling the management company. The electric door lock was terrible as it seemed to overheat when the afternoon sun shined on it. .

This property is managed by a company and that company was most definitely not on top of things. You couldn’t go in the property until 4p incase they weren’t finished cleaning. I parked at 3:30p and waited until 4. The code for the door was written incorrectly on the envelope provided, but I had an email with the correct code. I also had no pool key as they told me it was located in the unit. When I walked in, things looked overall clean, but there was still sand all over the floor. The cleaning crew then showed up at 5p to clean which was confusing and disruptive to unpacking. I did not find the pool key in the unit so I called and they said they would make sure it was delivered to me ASAP. I booked this place for the pool because I had 3 young kids with me who love the pool. During my 3 day stay, I never got the pool key and when I went to return my packet, they asked me to return it. I explained that I had called day one, hour one to report it was not in the unit and I was unable to use the pool during my stay. The response was an OK. I got a text the next day asking for the pool key again. I responded that I never received the key. The communication was horrible! The place overall was nice and spacious. The back bedroom had a difficult time cooling off like the rest of the house, but they had a big box fan in there to help with that. It’s an easy to walk to the beach and the grocery store is super close as well!
