The Space:

Make this spacious, oceanfront condo your home base to explore everything Ocean City has to offer! You'll feel right at the beach with the beach-themed interior decor throughout the condo. Go outside to the huge, private oceanfront balcony from either the living room or the primary bedroom to enjoy the sunrise or watch for dolphins. This condo includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a washer/dryer, free WiFi, three TVs, three DVD players, air-conditioning wall units, and plenty of books, games, and DVDs. Additional three-season entry room (no air-conditioning) for storing beach gear or gathering to view the sunset. The building features a shared outdoor pool, a large sundeck with chairs, tables, and loungers, private access to the beach, elevators, and a manned front desk. Close to shopping, retail shops, restaurants, and the reclining seat movie theater. Just minutes away from Ocean City's famous Boardwalk and an endless number of activities and attractions. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This was our 3rd time staying at Highpoint North and this condo was top notch. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The building itself is well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and the sunrises over the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Well equipped and perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This was our 3rd time staying at Highpoint North and this condo was top notch. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The building itself is well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and the sunrises over the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

High Point 3B

Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the ocean and the pool was very nice. We had an excellent vacation staying at this condo. WiFi was little slow, but I’m sure it was beyond the control of the owners.

Had a great time!

My family and I had an excellent time during our stay and were very happy with the accommodations. The condo unit was in excellent condition and extremely clean. The check in process was seamless. Ample and secure parking and easy and convenient access to the beach in the matter of seconds. Have zero complaints and would 100% bring my family back to this specific unit. We had a blast on the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend.

Never will rent from Vacasa again!

I’ll tell you what I didn’t love! That we had to wait till 4pm to get a key. That at 4pm the condo wasn’t cleaned. That we watched a woman and 2 teen age boys NOT clean! Very disappointed with the whole experience.

We're disappointed as well, Mary, to read about your experience. Our housekeeping staff had 900 rentals to clean the day of your check-in, so they were running a little behind. We do wish you had called about the sub-par work so we could have addressed it for you. Hopefully there will be a chance to impress you in the future.

The stay was very nice that unit was beautiful as the unit but some how are cleaning and linens was not changed out for some reason we had the week before linens so I guess they skip doing that unit for some reason.so who ever stayed in that room before us must of not used the much linens then I realize they was a stain on the master bathroom bed and the toilet ? was cleaned properly then I noticed when I looked in the closet that the linens bag that the linens come in was dated 8-6- instead of 8-15 that’s when I realized they never changed out the things but the room was very well updated that part was excellent.that was the first time with the linens and and it’s a shame because at the end it really bothered me with that part of the stay.now I know better to check out that stuff before using the unit but I was running a day late and my brother took care of picking up the keys for me.the week weather was awesome ? just something that caught me off Guard. had other families in our parts of building
