Villa Seeblick was built in 1999 and is located in Old Sassnitz, right on the beach promenade, with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The old town of Sassnitz, with its seaside resort architecture, has a very special charm. The mix of lovingly restored, dilapidated, and even new buildings, along with the winding alleys and stairways, exudes a Mediterranean flair. Restaurants and cafés at the Old Market and along the beach promenade invite you to linger. Thanks to its beautiful location in Sassnitz’s Old Town, you can easily reach not only the extensive beech forests of the Jasmund National Park, the chalk cliffs, and the town center on foot, but the Sassnitz yacht and fishing harbor—with Europe’s longest outer breakwater and its various restaurants and establishments—is also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment building. There is an elevator in the building.
At Villa Seeblick, an elevator and a staircase are available for access to the upper floors. The fully equipped vacation apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Seeblick with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the Old Town. Completely renovated in July 2017, the apartment features a bathroom with a shower, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and a cozy living area with a large south-facing window that offers a wonderful, sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. Adjacent to the charmingly furnished living room is the separate yet open kitchen area with a modern built-in kitchen. It is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and many other kitchen utensils. The dining area is located in front of the large picture window in the living room. Here, for example, you can enjoy the sunrise over a leisurely breakfast. The living area features a radio and a large flat-screen TV. Additional amenities in this cozy apartment include an ironing board and an iron. Bicycle storage is not available.
