The Space:

Casual and beachy in the best sense, this oceanfront townhouse on the shores of North Ocean City will have you feeling as though you've stepped into your own home. Enjoy incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, generous deck space on multiple levels, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels after days spent swimming, surfing, and building sandcastles. The townhome has central air conditioning for you to enjoy in the heat of the summer and newly installed carpet and windows! This townhouse is wonderfully located on the oceanfront on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and one block south of the Delaware state line, across which you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice place, great location. There was an issue with leaking in the master bedroom due to heavy rain overnight. Hopefully that got fixed. Overall, would recommend.

Wonderful!

Staying here was amazing! As soon as you come down from the deck the sand is on your feet and the beach right in front of you! Just wish there was a hose in the back to wash your self up when you come from the beach since the shower is around the front! Over all a truly enjoyable experience!

White Sands Village.

Location was great.. Condo is outdated some, and carpets were a bit old and stained, but it was clean, and we enjoyed the convenience of an ocean Front condo with a wonderful view from our porch!

Old school beach house

Great location. Old school place (a bit dated) inside. But everything functioned fine. Bring a baby gate or two if you have small infants

Amazing location

We loved our stay here. The view and deck are perfect. My elderly mother loved sitting on the deck as she wasn’t able to go on the beach so it felt like she was there. Kitchen was completely stocked and had spices and condiments. Overall had everything needed from plastic cups for beach to chairs and boogie boards. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the ceiling fans were dusty, the patio furniture was ripped and there was an unemptied ash tray on the deck. We had such a great week!! We will definitely stay here again.

Cannot beat location

The biggest pro to this home is the location and beach access. A 1 minute stroll to the beach through the dunes with private beach access, outdoor shower and hose for washing off. Even had beach chairs/items for use if needed. The ocean front balcony was incredible , although a little awkward as your neighbors are right next to you, so no privacy. There were plenty of beds/space for our party, but cleanliness was a little disappointing with stained carpet and dust everywhere. Went to use the vacuum once and it was clogged, had to declog before using it. AC vents had thick layer of dust in them. There was a weird musty smell to the home, maybe due to the clogged AC? The home is very outdated and felt dark, but that may be personal style for home owner. There are very good restaurants right behind the house, including fractured prune, seafood boil, and pizza/hoagies. Would recommend but maybe needs considering updating carpets and doing some deep cleaning every now and then. Also fixing/replacing the blinds in the living room
