The Space:
Indulge in beautiful bay views and prime coastal living at this Harbour Island condo! This inviting two-bedroom comes beautifully appointed throughout for modern guest comfort with high-end upgrades including premium Blast WiFi and luxe Tommy Bahama brand bedding. An easy walk from the beach and Ocean City attractions. This gated resort community includes access to an on-site pool, tennis courts, and waterfront dining. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV or head out to the private balcony for sunset views over Isle of Wight Bay. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances for planning at-home meals during your stay, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the adjacent dining table is set for six. Home essentials include central AC and a private washer/dryer. Primary guests will enjoy an en suite bathroom featuring safety grab-bars for universal access. A second, full bathroom is available for household convenience. Both bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs for added entertainment options. Stroll the boardwalk around the property while admiring the boats moored on-site or enjoy a meal at the Reel Inn restaurant while watching the action in the harbor. Harbour Island is also home to the White Marlin Open, the world's largest annual deep-sea Billfishing tournament. THINGS TO KNOW For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room with a memory foam topper that is stored in the second bedroom closet. Two smart TVs with streaming capabilities are available for guests to use to stream with their own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wonderful view
We had a lovely time at this property. The balcony gave some great sunset views of the bay. The condo had everything we needed - the washer / dryer especially was nice to have. Location was easy, area was quiet and the pool / Reel Inn was great to unwind.

storm door needs to be removed
So happy with the location on the bay! Only complaint is the front door and storm door. The storm door serves no purpose and it is heavy. Plus it has to go in the opposite direction than it should. Both doors want to close on you and that is problem going and out.

Stay - July 2025
We loved this condo! It was clean when we arrived. The view was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. I really liked how you get two parking spots, one in the garage and the other outside. The elevator was always clean and smelled good. (If you know you know!) It is a quiet complex. "The calm before the storm" with the White Marlin being next week. :o) The kitchen was well equipped. The water pressure and temp in the bathrooms were great as we had 6 people staying so most of the times both showers going at the same time. I hope to stay here again next year!!
The negatives: The condo could use an update to include flooring. And for a "gated" community, we only saw the security guard at the gate when we checked in. Every other times we came in and out there was no guard and gate was open. (Not sure if they are supposed to be 24/7)
