Conveniently located just one-half block from the beach, this fourth-floor, partial ocean view condo offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This coastal retreat provides the ideal midtown location close to the Ocean City Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Other great attractions include Embers Island Mini Golf, Old Pro Golf, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Baja Amusements, and Northside Park.



This charming retreat had its exterior completely redone with new balconies and new paint showcasing now a gorgeous blue hue. This splendid condo faces south, so you will enjoy plenty of natural light. Your private balcony offers a great spot to unwind while enjoying the outdoors. The beautifully decorated living area invites you to relax and enjoy a fantastic time with your loved ones - stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV, break out any of the provided board games, or admire the views from another point of view using the telescope. The full kitchen has all the major appliances needed to whip up tasty beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the group. If you plan on extending your stay, a stacked washer/dryer is available. Additional perks include an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and two beach chairs.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location. Clean. Sofa mattress and full mattress weren’t the best. Queen mattress was fine. It would have been nice to get the parking pass early. Nobody was in the unit and the pass was not allowed to be used until 4pm

Great condo, great location!

This was a great place!! Location was great. It was very comfortable, I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place :) would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Fun but a few issues with unit and property management

Overall the process of checking in and out was fine once said and done. The communication with Vacasa was confusing and one person said one thing and another said something else. I wouldn’t have said anything but just figured if I did maybe someone could figure it out and hopefully not be an issue in the future. One person told me there was a hairdryer in unit before my arrival and then there wasn’t. I could have easily brought one. Once I contacted someone, multiple times they told me they’d reimburse me if I bought one. The hot water didn’t last long and the plastic mattress covers were not ideal. Overall we still had fun though.

Wonderful property, couple hiccups

I want to start by saying that this place was absolutely wonderful, and we had a great vacation overall. The unit itself was lovely, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for the week. That said, we did have a couple of issues related to property management that were a bit frustrating. When we arrived at 4 p.m. to check in and went to the unit, we found that it had not been cleaned yet. That was surprising, given that check-in time had already passed. About 20 minutes later, we ran into the cleaning staff, and the woman we spoke with was extremely kind and apologetic. She explained that she was running behind and had run out of towels but made a special effort to bring us extras, which we really appreciated. The second issue happened on Monday. Apparently, the unit below us reported a leak that might have been coming from one of our bathrooms. While we were at the beach, building maintenance came in to check things out, but when we returned, we found a huge mess. There was black, gritty material—like sand—spread across the bathroom floor, counter, and toilet. Unfortunately, no one cleaned it up, and when we contacted Vacasa to ask if someone could come take care of it, they told us it wasn’t their responsibility and blamed building maintenance. So we had to clean it ourselves as best we could, which was not ideal. Despite these hiccups, we truly enjoyed our stay. The location and accommodations were excellent, and we’d definitely stay here again. It would just be nice if the property management could smooth out some of these issues in the future.

We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after coming back from the beach expecting to relax. A member of our local team did reach out by phone to let you know about the leak investigation, but it’s clear the building management could've done a better job following through and making sure the unit was left clean and comfortable afterward. We want to assure you that we never intended to brush off the issue, and we’re looking into how we can better support our guests in situations like this, even when other parties, like building management, are involved.
