The Space:

Wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean at West Winds 306, a one-bedroom, oceanfront condo on the sandy shores of midtown Ocean City.



Step inside this air-conditioned space to be greeted by free WiFi, a sunny living room, and glass doors that frame the ocean and lead outside to a balcony. When you're not unwinding outside in the fragrant ocean breeze, you'll have a full eat-in kitchen where you can prepare homemade meals, flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your bathing suits and beach towels each evening.



In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and less than a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than four miles south.

Perfect Scenery for a vacation spot!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Ideal for couples retreat, and all the amenities to make your stay financially reasonable. Near great local restaurants and bars, and a stones throw away to a walk to the beach. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay! Can’t wait to stay here again…

This condominium is in a good location with a beach view. It is close to restaurants and the grocery store. When we plan a beach trip we spend most of our time at the beach. This condominium was perfect for us.

Lovely Oceanfront Condo

Lovely oceanfront condo. Decor was beautiful. Loved the balcony and views. Nice having extra half bath. Quiet condo and elevator was a plus. Bed is only a full, not a Queen. Roomy living room and eat in kitchen was nice. Would rent this unit again. Very nice stay.

A sofa bed is often not a good sofa or bed. Sitting on the sofa bed got to be uncomfortable. Queen bed was very firm but in good shape. The refrigerator and dishwasher produced a good bit of noise. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The condo was adorable and just the right size, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC window units were very loud. The combination of the two made for a couple of rough nights sleeping. Even a mattress pad or an egg crate pad would have made a huge difference. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we were looking for This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location. Nice place.

Everything was great with the place. The only issues we had were the cleaning was subpar. I know it's on the beach and there will always be sand but I swept up about 1/4 cup of sand from just the kitchen and living room as soon as we walked in. In the pictures it shows carpeted floors but it was vinyl which isn't a problem but it makes the cleaning even more crucial. And the shower head should be a removable wand or something. Trying to get sand out of crevices with low water pressure and a shower head that is barely stubbed out of the wall was very difficult. Otherwise it worked great for what we needed. Excellent location,right on the beach. Far enough away from the boardwalk to avoid the crowds but being close enough to take a short drive. And there is everything you need within walking distance, a 7-11, acme grocery store, great food, ect. We are a family of 3 and it was perfect size for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo Was Fine, but...

It was the small things that took away from the experience. First of all: Location ✔️ View ✔️ Parking ✔️* (assigned, but tight when others don't know how to park) The detractors are: Towels❌ We are a family of 4 & only provided 2 towels (??). We went across the street & bought a couple. Toilet Paper ❌ None provided. Went across the street & bought some. Iron/Ironing Board ❌None. Not a big loss, but it would've been nice to have access to one. Occupancy. We did fit our family, but may be more geared towards a couple or a family with small kids. Would we stay again? Possibly, but will look at other properties.

The property was okay --the location 👌--ocean front, close to restaurants & stores, but whomever "manages" it 👎. We are a family of 4 and discovered only two (2) towels in the main bathroom. None in the half bath. There was no toilet paper to be found, either. Luckily, I packed some on the off-chance it would be limited --never would I have thought there would be NONE. The towel situation was resolved by heading across the street and buying towels from a local beach store. I would have contacted the office where we picked up the keys, but customer service was lacking and I'm sure they were busy checking in other guests. Speaking of missing items, an iron and ironing board would have been nice to have on hand and a hair dryer, too. These are small issues in the long run, however, I'd be pressed to book this place again if just the basics cannot be fulfilled.
