This property is just a few miles from Ripley's Believe It or Not, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Lost Treasure Golf, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. During the summer months, slip into the shared, outdoor pool or soak up the sunshine from one of the adjacent chaise lounges.



Back at home sit out on your private, furnished balcony and welcome each day with your morning coffee or catch breathtaking sunsets over the bay with a favorite beverage in-hand. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course dinners. Dine together at the adjacent table or bust out the board games on rainy days. After exciting days out, relax on the large sectional in the living area and watch TV into the evening or take advantage of the complimentary high-speed internet access to stream media or share updates with friends back home.



This condo also includes a private washer/dryer for your convenience and central air-conditioning for your comfort.



Things to Know

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.





Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
