Surrounded by a garden reserved exclusively for our guests, your vacation home is located on the first floor of a three-unit house in the center of Chieming. After a leisurely 5-minute walk—whether with a child, a stroller, a dog, or Grandma and Grandpa—you’ll reach the expansive Chiemsee beach, where you can enjoy the “Bavarian Sea.” A mini-golf course and the nearest shopping area are also within easy walking distance. You can swim right here, rent a boat, or explore the entire lake and its beautiful spots and towns aboard the Chiemsee Steamboat Company’s vessels, departing from the Chieming steamboat pier. You can park your vehicles in our two parking spaces in front of the house, and your bicycles in the shed behind the house. The apartment features a fully equipped, spacious kitchen-living room. In the laundry room, you’ll find a Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer available should you need to do laundry. The entire apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. We’ll leave the keys for you in a key safe. The moment you walk in, your vacation will begin.
A 120-square-meter vacation apartment with a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, a playroom, a spacious kitchen-dining area, and a living room awaits you. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the two other bedrooms are furnished with a bunk bed and a loft bed. An extra playroom for the kids provides a welcome respite when the weather isn’t cooperating. A spacious, light-filled kitchen-dining area that opens into the living room invites you to relax and spend time together. The kitchen leads directly out to the garden. It’s the perfect spot to relax, sunbathe, or have a barbecue. You can park your cars in our two parking spaces in front of the house, and your bicycles in the shed behind the house.
Just a 5-minute leisurely walk—even with a child, stroller, dog, or grandparents—separates you from the expansive Chiemsee beach, shopping, or the Chieming boat dock. At the freely accessible Chiemsee beach, you can stay and swim, rent boats, or explore the entire lake and its sights in the summer aboard the Chiemsee Steamship Company’s boats departing from the Chieming steamboat pier. For day trips, you can also visit the Mozart city of Salzburg, the state capital of Munich, the Berchtesgaden National Park, or—if you’re traveling with children—take a trip to the Marquartstein Fairy Tale Park or the Ruhpolding amusement park. Hiking, biking, climbing peaks, enjoying culture, or simply lounging in the sun... Whatever takes your fancy—bring on the vacation!
We, the Wend family, look forward to welcoming you as guests in our former home. We’ve spent many wonderful hours in this apartment with our children, enjoying Lake Chiemsee, nature, and the surrounding area.
