Two lakefront homes, one easy Poconos escape. For Lake Sake and Laker’s Pointe bring together a pair of private Deer Lake retreats with 7 bedrooms accommodating up to 20 guests, designed for groups who want space, views, and plenty to do without leaving the shoreline.

Both homes lean into the full lake experience — private hot tubs facing the water, outdoor firepit seating, grills, and kayaks for slow mornings or laid-back afternoons on the lake. Inside, large living spaces, stocked kitchens, and modern finishes make it easy to gather, cook, and settle in.

Game time is covered across both homes. For Lake Sake features a finished basement with ping pong and pool, while Laker’s Pointe adds a game room with poker, pool, ping pong, foosball, Smart TV, and a dry bar. Laker’s Pointe also includes a lake-view sunroom that works beautifully as an office or quiet retreat.

Set in the heart of the Poconos on Dry Sawmill Run Lake, the homes offer privacy and seclusion while keeping you minutes from Kalahari, Camelback, Split Rock, Big Boulder, Lake Harmony, dining, groceries, and more.

Guests may also access the community’s pools, beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, and basketball courts with the purchase of amenity passes. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

- A late fee of $100 will apply for community registrations made less than 24 hours after booking.
- This home is under the Emerald Lakes Association. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.
- The indoor pool will be closed from July 14–31 for maintenance. The outdoor pool will remain open during this time. Please note that the HOA does not provide refunds for amenities passes.
- Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
