The Space:

This outstanding home is the epitome of beachside comfort and luxury. Lounge by the in-ground swimming pool that can be heated for an additional fee or walk just steps to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and boutiques. High ceilings and plenty of natural light give the home a light and airy feel, perfect for a beach vacation. Relax in the comfort of the living room, complete with a sectional, flatscreen TV, and plenty of board games. The beautifully appointed kitchen boasts plenty of prep space, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas range, a wet bar, and a beverage fridge. Relax in this home's outdoor spaces - a spacious front porch, a private fenced yard, and an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and an oversized shower with a waterfall faucet. An electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from March to December 1. The fireplace is not operable. This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s) Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The pool is open March 1st to December 1st. Pool heat is optional and can be purchased for an added daily fee.

55 Maryland is a fantastic house in an amazing location with just two blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The home is exceptionally well-appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The layout is excellent, with a spacious primary bedroom on the main floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs, making it ideal for families or groups.There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The mattresses are quite firm, which several members of our group found uncomfortable. Additionally, the king bed on the second floor is very squeaky and noisy, making it difficult to sleep if either person moves during the night. The house also has a combination coffee maker/Keurig machine, but the Keurig function doesn't work very well. Replacing it with a standalone Keurig machine would be a worthwhile upgrade.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The location and the quality of the home far outweigh these minor issues.

Everything was great! Only one item….the beds were not so comfy but I would say typical for rentals. Everything else was awesome, the space was clean, the house had everything we needed for cooking. The laundry tubs were clean and the out door space was good. The porch was excellent for people watching and reading!

Great location, very clean

This house was great, perfect location, close to everything in town and we were very impressed with how clean it was. The only suggestion we have is that they supply toilet paper and trash bags, there were none in the house when we got there, otherwise it was a great stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving visit

Home was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Supplied basics such as soaps, linens and towels and starter supply of TP and paper towels. It was on a quiet street yet close to the beach and all the Rehoboth Ave shops/restaurants. Nice large living room for family and the chef's kitchen for meals were perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Check in and check out were easy.

Great house and proximity to the beach and boardwalk!

We really loved this house. The location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk couldn't be beat. The pool was perfect for our whole family and you don't need the pool heated when it's this hot during the summer. The pool has really cool color changing lights for fun night swimming. If you have trouble getting into pools, just be aware that there is no handrail to get in. The only real complaints we had was that there was not enough cleaning supplies, garbage bags or paper products. The towels are small and cheap feeling, but ultimately that didn't detract from our excellent stay. We'd definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, great location!

What a fantastic home to stay in while in Rehoboth. We were so close to the beach and main strip of restaurants and shopping. Lovely beach home

The home is so nicely done very good taste. However the dishwasher was broken the week before and during our stay. The picnic table umbrella is broke and the yard needed mowed when we arrived and still wasn’t mowed when we left.

Great house!

The property was just as it was described. Tons of sleeping and entertaining space. The first floor master and full bath was perfect for our parents so that they didn’t have to climb the stairs.
