Condo was as advertised, good amount of space for a family. Beautiful view of the pond! We used and appreciated the pools, pickeball courts, and beach. Looking forward to staying here again!

The condo was clean, and had a lot of amenities that are useful for both adults and kids. This was especially useful, as it had rained for the entirety of one of the days we stayed there. However, if you’re going to use one of Sea Colony’s indoor tennis courts, book one of them in advance.

A perfect getaway

We had such a wonderful time here overlooking the pond. We saw a blue heron, white egret, a turtle, seabirds and a bald eagle flew by. Lots of room and beds and so close to the beach. It was an amazing week!

Adequate Home in Sea Colony

Adequate multi-bedroom home in Sea Colony that's less than one block from a pool and less than one mile (walking) to the beach.

Beautiful location

This rental is right on one of the ponds, and we really enjoyed looking out our main and bedroom windows at the geese and water. We stayed with one of our children's family and there was plenty of room. Our king size bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was very nice. The rental is quite close to two different tram routes, so we used the tram often. The deck is large and has a clear view of the pond and fountain and my grandson enjoyed fishing there.

Pretty good

We loved the deck and view. The kitchen was stocked and had storage for our supplies. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean. I liked the hooks and bench in the entranceway for beach supplies. The couches, however, were very worn and visibly dirty, which made them unpleasant to sit on. They should be replaced. The area rugs in the main room and in the primary bedroom were also very worn and visibly dirty and should be replaced.
