The Seebach Apartment Building consists of 27 individually furnished vacation apartments and is centrally located, just about 70 meters from the Baltic Sea. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. An elevator provides convenient access to your reserved unit on the upper floors. The building’s underground parking garage offers designated parking spaces, as well as a bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for use. All of the 2- to 3-room vacation apartments feature fully equipped kitchen-living rooms, at least one separate bedroom, and partially modernized shower rooms. Some of the family-friendly apartments provide a travel crib and a high chair. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets are permitted in some of the non-smoking apartments. You’ll enjoy an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Boltenhagen, where you’ll find the pier, the promenade, and a concert stage. Restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance, and beautiful walking trails along the beach promenade or through the coastal protection forest begin practically right outside the front door.

This tastefully furnished 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is located just about 70 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. With a living area of 50 m², the vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The living/dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa, a sleeper sofa for 2 people, a dining table, and a TV with a DVD player and stereo system. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The kitchen is separate and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Cookware and silverware are also provided. You’ll be able to relax wonderfully on the seasonally furnished balcony. A double bed awaits you in the separate bedroom, and there’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the closet and dresser. The brightly tiled shower room is equipped with a sink, hair dryer, and toilet. An additional storage room with access to a washer and dryer is also available, as are an ironing board and an iron. You can conveniently park your car in your designated parking space in the underground garage, which also features a bicycle storage room. An elevator takes you effortlessly to the 2nd floor. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery as well as numerous restaurants and cafés that invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay.
