One of Sea Colony's largest seaside floor plans and offering a one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, powder room, full hallway bathroom, and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Four TVs, three DVDs, Keurig, WiFi. Notes: Vinyl tile in the kitchen and dining areas. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, in-season community shuttle, and year-round security. Awesome condo in Bethany Beach

This condo was beautiful and had the most excellent views. Plenty of room so everyone has their own space. Plus it was stocked with games, books, DVDs, etc. There are plenty of swimming pools and a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and the Bethany boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

Large Family Get Away

This beautiful unit easily accommodated our extended family of 10. The residence was larger than pictured and we really enjoyed the wrap-around balcony. The laundry facilities, which are located in the kitchen, were really convenient. We were very happy with this condo!

Funtastic!

This property was awesome! Beautiful view, great location, very well appointed kitchen. We had 8 in our party and we never felt crowded. We highly recommend Fins restaurant and Sandy Pony Donuts. Both walking distance and DELICIOUS! Enjoy! We sure did!

The accommodations were very nice, and very comfortable. It was a corner unit, which gave us a great view of the ocean. We shared the unit with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. There was a doll house that she loved to play with every day. The beach was great, the water was warm, and there was a lifeguard stand right there. Overall, a great two week stay.

Fabulous Location

Condo is close to beach and to pools! Super convenient with small kids. Nice balcony. Furniture was ok, however, mattresses on large beds did not suit us at all. VERY, VERY soft - you sank into bed and had little support. Twin beds were ok. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, dishes, & cups but was missing small things like measuring cups & spoons. Nice dishwasher & microwave. Bathrooms could really be improved by adding some hooks on the back of doors or on walls. No place to hang anything. Appreciated the doll house and games!

Sea Colony is a great place

We love the beach the staff are amazing. The chair and umbrella rental guys are the best they work so hard and deserve to be treated well .The one issue we had the alarm went off twice on the last night we stayed . I called security at 12:17am to report the issue to James he said he sent officers up to take care of the situation. He didn’t answer my question what was the cause of this issue. We have a child with autism that was woken up by this horrible sound. So finally get him settled back down only have this happen again at 1:40 am I called again and reached James from security. He was not letting us know what is happening and why again this alarm went off is it something we should be concerned about. Again we were woken up abruptly from our sleep. I wasn’t pleased with the response of letting me and my family know what is going on. It’s disturbing to woken up in middle once which Okay things happen but twice . This really put a damper in our stay . It’s ashame that it happened after a great stay our lifeguard Ellie was awesome too . There lucky to have good people working for them . Glen who was at the pool has a great personality and really goes above and beyond for the guests staying at Sea colony. I hope this team gets some recognition as it’s well deserved being from the Hospitality industry for over 30 years it’s an important component to make your staff feel appreciated. If you have further questions please don’t hesitate to call me.
