Overlook the surf and sand - and check out a great view of Bethany Beach - from the wrap around balcony of this unique, updated and spacious sixth floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Recent upgrades include: Stearns & Foster queen set in the master bedroom, two Sealy twin bed sets in the guest room, table and six chairs in the dining room, cocktail table and an end table in the living room, patio furniture (four chairs, breakfast table, two small cocktail tables). Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. TWO reserved spaces. 3 TVs (including 55' flat-screen with wireless-capable Blu-ray in the living room and 32' flat-screen in the master bedroom), DVD (in the master bedroom), Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental offering handicap-friendly features, including a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower. Tile flooring throughout, except the bedrooms which are carpeted. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a nice long weekend, glad it wasn’t longer than that. Listing is inaccurate. Bedding was thin and cheap and did not match photos. Couches and kitchen stool fabrics showed stains. We needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms and Vuestay locked the bedroom I intended her to stay in. When we arrived we found that someone else had parked in our assigned spot. Instead of settling in we had to deal with resolving that. It turned out it was a Vuestay employee. Communication was poor. We were told at check-in we did not have to return to the marketplace at checkout. Yes we did because the front door only locks while using a key. Vuestay overcommunicates about rules via email and text before during and afterwards about payment, waivers, departure but fails to provide useful information about the property to ensure a smoother stay. Asking questions via text results in delayed, useless responses.after completing payment, multiple forms, two days prior I received a mildly threatening email that all previously completed waivers were void and I must complete a new one or I would not be able to access the property. Every interaction with Vuestay was more complicated or difficult than it needed to be. I would never stay in Sea Colony in Bethany Beach again and be subjected to their management practices.

Awesome Stay at Bethany

The condo was very clean, kitchen was great with all the modern features. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture needed some TLC but nothing major. The view was fantastic and made the experience memorable.

Great Location and Great Views

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and could not have been happier. This a perfect location, walkable to the boardwalk, putt-putt, bars, restaurants, etc. Best view of the Beach and Bethany we have seen yet! Condo was very clean and fully stocked/furnished. We will 100% be staying here again!

Gorgeous views of the ocean!

Lovely apartment on the 6th floor overlooking the beach. We had a very comfortable stay here: my mom, in her 80s, appreciated the short walk to the beach and the fact that you can hear the waves from the balcony. The kids liked the short walk into town and the pool. We didn’t play basketball, pickeball or tennis but there are courts across the parking area. There is a trolley into town that stops two blocks away, and a tram that goes to all the Sea Colony amenities.

610 Annapolis House

Great spot to stay at. Sea Colony is a wonderful place for a vacation. Vacasa is not the best real estate management company. We have stayed in Ses Colony for 22 years now and resort quest was much better.

Spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset

We loved the wrap around balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and Bethany Beach. The apartments is well equipped with dinnerware and good appliances. The Wi-Fi and TVs worked very well. It is an easy ten or fifteen-minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Garfield Parkway.
