The Space:

Escape to this beautifully-appointed, family-friendly condo. Get ready to experience an unforgettable Fenwick Island vacation! Inside this second-floor condo, you'll have a well-equipped living room, a kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Snuggle up on one of the two sofas and relax in the living room, and get ready for movie night–the flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player will be ideal! The fully-equipped kitchen will please the chef of the group with its appliances, cooking utensils, and essentials. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a stand coffee pot in the pantry to start your day energized. The dining table seats up to six lucky guests. Right off the kitchen is the screened-in balcony with three chairs and two small glass tables. From here, you'll have stunning views of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, built in 1858, which is the oldest lighthouse in the state of Delaware. Back inside, bedroom number one offers guests a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower. The other full bathroom has a shower/tub combo as well. And to add more convenience to your trip, you'll have access to a private, stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway. What's nearby: This second-floor condo is conveniently located in a quiet community close to beaches. Downtown Fenwick Island is a short two-and-a-half-mile drive offering endless dining options, shopping, mini-golf at Nick's Mini Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Fenwick Island Beach, and more! Make sure to visit the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, where you'll have the chance to enter the base to view a small museum and gift shop. Bethany Beach is eight miles away and is totally worth the trip–there you’ll find a charming boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants. Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Perfect place for a quick getaway

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for a couple or a group, walking distance to Coastal highway restaurants and entertainment, and super convenient location for any beach lovers. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay near beach in Fenwick Island

The 2nd floor condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. A few blocks walk to the beach (take the street behind the building) and close to mini golf, other activities, shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again next time we stay in Fenwick.

Nice vacation spot

Really enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect and the location was good. Just wish there were sidewalks to access the beach. Would have liked the TV in the bedroom to work, but it was not a big deal. Will be back

Nice Little Place

Stayed for a long weekend for a family event and we were pleased with the facility’s centralized location to our events. The place was clean and spacious. Had one minor issue which was immediately resolved online and someone in person arrived onsite within minutes to ensure its resolution.

September Vacation

Two of us stayed in this cozy home. Each of us had a bedroom and full bath located on opposite sides of the home. While we spent most of the time on the beach, the porch provided us with rooftop views of the area and plenty of breezes in the evening.

A nice place

The house was great especially for going to the beach. It was spacious for two couples. Each having their own room and bathroom. The street is a little busy. It is a good walk to the beach. The best thing to do is drive down with all your chairs and leave the car down at the beach and walk back to the house. That way when your down with the beach and tired the car is there too take you home

Cute and Close

The location is perfect to get to the beach in Fenwick. We tend to like to stay clear of the OC crown especially during the holiday weekend and this is the perfect spot. The kitchen wasn't overly stocked but had everything we needed. The bathrooms still had sand in the showers and some sand on the floor in the bedrooms but besides that it was a good place to stay. I would recommend staying here especially because of the proximity to everything and it is cute without being in the madness of OC

Good Condo

Nice place to stay. Perfect for a small family. The property was not as clean as I’d like (trash left in drawers and our feet were filthy from the floor), but good for the value. Also, the wi-fi code given was incorrect. Took a day to resolve.

Long weekend in August

This property is as advertised. Nice space and close to everything. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen living area. Under 10 minutes to the beach, restaurants etc. My only issue was there is no place I saw to wash off your feet before returning to the rental unit. Not sure how much control the owner has as this is an group of connected units.

Quiet getaway minutes away from attractions

My husband, sister, and nephew spent four nights/five days here over Labor Day Weekend. We loved how close we were to everything we wanted to do yet we enjoyed the quiet the condo provided. There were a few cosmetic issues here and there - it is not a newly renovated space - but it was very clean and exceedingly well-stocked for a long weekend. The dryer did take a little long, but this was a mild inconvenience compared to the many positives about our stay. My husband and nephew loved being so close to the laser tag and arcades while my sister and I enjoyed playing cards on the screened in porch. We walked down to the beach several times and definitely enjoyed how close it was. We would definitely stay here again.

The Storeys

A few items need attention. Bedroom tv needs a cable box, hole in bedroom door because it sticks, no handle on refrigerator door, shower water runs hot and cold during shower. NEED 2-PLY toilet paper! Love the new outdoor furniture!

Cozy!

We really wanted to love this place! The description and photos were gorgeous! However, the place did not look as clean as the photos. I don't believe this was their fault, I believe that the cleaning prior to us was rushed. The location, while somewhat convenient for adults (walking to harpoon hannas, the waterpark, mini golf, dunkin, candy kitchen..was not the safest with kids in tow, so we had to drive most places. Loved the screened in porch, lighthouse view while drinking coffee or wine, washer and dryer feature. Really a great little place and would be almost perfect with just a tad of updating and better cleaning jobs between guests! Great place for adults!

Ok

We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy our own. The shampoo and conditioner was for one person for only 2 uses. We were 4 adults. The tv in the master bedroom never did work,even though they sent a technician out. The blind in the living room was torn up and they knew about it, but never replaced it. And lastly, the porch was so slanted, I was afraid to walk on it
